The heart of the home is the fully renovated kitchen, equipped with sleek cabinetry, stone countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Whether you are preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, the kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and dinnerware. Adjacent to the living space, the private deck offers a peaceful vantage point over the manicured fairways of the Shipyard golf courses.

The sleeping quarters consist of two well-appointed bedrooms designed for restorative rest. The primary suite features premium bedding and an en-suite bathroom with modern fixtures, while the second bedroom is versatile and perfect for families. Community Rules: Per Shipyard Plantation regulations, e-bikes are strictly prohibited on the property.

Check-in Requirements: All guests must be at least 25 years old unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A valid ID and credit card are required for check-in.

Pet & Smoke-Free: To ensure the comfort of all guests, this is a strictly non-smoking and no-pet property.

Service Fees: Please note the community requires a $15 commercial pass for any outside delivery or service vendors (food delivery, etc.).

Supplies: While we provide kitchen essentials (pots/pans), please bring your own cooking oils, spices, and seasonings.
