Ocean views from a private patio and overlooking the pool from the front door. Our cozy villa has a new fully equipped kitchen, 55" smart TV, and is just steps to the beach. The oceanfront complex is walking distance to many shops, restaurants and attractions. The villa includes two beach chairs and two beach bikes. Bunks for smaller kids. Best suitable for small families.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We offer initial grocery shopping that will be set up for you upon arrival for a fee of $35. We can also leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

It’s a SHOREthing that we will be back!

We absolutely love SHOREthing! It’s the perfect size for me and my husband. We love that it is right on the beach and walking distance to Coligny. Having access to bikes is also a plus for us. This was our second time staying here and can promise we will be back!!

Perfect Location steps from the beach!!

We loved SHOREthing retreat! It was perfect for a couple or family with small children. Right next to the beach! Within walking distance to Coligny Plaza which had shops, restaurants, live music and more!! The rental had 2 bikes we could use to ride around the island. Pool was refreshing when you needed a break from the beach/sand! Check in and check out were seamless. Would definitely recommend to others!!

Beautiful location

The unit was beautiful along with all of the foliage on and around the grounds. It was so easy getting in, checking in and getting around the property. The owners did everything for us but go to the beach! Haha The bikes were such a great treat, we never drove anywhere, including the grocery store. Great time and we can’t wait to come back!

This location is amazing! The unit is small but has everything you could possibly need. Coligny circle is a short walk/bike ride away and beach right there! Host was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!

Great location, sofa bed not comfortable

We really enjoyed our time there and the location was perfect! The only negative was the pull out sofa bed was basically not sleep-able. I usually end up on the sofa bed because I travel with my mom and kids, and I realize they are never that great. But this one was terrible. As long as you don’t plan on using the pull out sofa bed, you’ll enjoy this place!

Perfect HHI location

Property was just as listed. There were several updates (counters, paint, flooring) and the Property Manager, Kendall, was always immediately responsive to our requests. Restaurants and shopping at Cologne was a short walk away.

Perfect place for a quick getaway

I was taking a spur of the moment vacation for a few days and wanted a nice quite place to go to the beach and this place was perfect! I loved that there was an elevator and I didn't have to lug all my bags up stairs. The place was wonderfully set up and I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening. There was everything I needed, clean towels and fresh bedding. The kitchen was well stocked with cups, plates, and silverware. The nice big TV in the living room was awesome and I had no problem signing in and back out of my own Netflix account. I highly recommend and will be going back in the future.

Summer vacation 2022

I have been staying at Seaside Villas since 2006. This villa was super cute, very clean and had all of the amneties that we needed for a great stay. Owner was quick to communicate with us when we had a question. Totally recommned staying with Kendall.

Everything and more than expected!

Booked for a week beach getaway for me and my girls (under 12). The property was fantastic and more than we expected. The condo, while on the smaller side, was clean and exactly as described. It never felt cramped and the recliner is VERY comfortable! The property was nice and well kept. The pool was always clean and plenty of room to park even in peak season. Access to the beach was amazing and it was never crowded. It was so close to everything we only used our vehicle twice during the week. The rest of the time we biked or walked. The booking process was seamless. The host was very quick to respond and gave all the information needed. The key code lock is a great conscience, especially with kids. Very much appreciated! Only hiccup we had all week was the bikes supplied by the host. The salt tears them up quick and we had problems early on with one bike. However, I messaged the host and she responded quickly to fix the situation and replaced the bike! We use the bikes daily and that could have been a pain, but it ended up being a non issue due to communication and effort by the host. Would return and stay in this unit again without hesitation!
