Unit 230 was totally gutted and rebuilt in 2022 and is incredible! Centrally located in Seaside, just steps to the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Villa features a King bed in the bedroom and Queen sleeper in the living area, a full kitchen and a walk in shower. 2 beach chairs are included. Incredible ocean views from this 2nd floor condo! We had a great time staying at this property. The pictures accurately represent the property. The unit was super clean and everything was in great order. It's a very small unit but has been remodeled to maximize the space making it perfect for a couple. The view is BEAUTIFUL! The chairs on the balcony are so comfortable we didn't want to leave. We didn't use the bikes because we brought our own, but they were available as were beach chairs, games, books, etc. The communication from our host Kendall was prompt and excellent. The adorable sweet Valentine's treat and waters that were left for us were greatly appreciated. We were also allowed an early check in which is always a big plus. Would definitely rent this unit or another one with Kendall again.

This place was great, very clean, everything was up to date with todays times. Very nice shower, comfortable bed and update kitchen. The only draw back was ac did not cool the entire place making the bedroom hot when tryi g to sleep. Wonderful host!

Great location on the Beach

great location close to everything, walk onto the beach, ocean view from lanai. Host is readily available and communicates well, offered early entry upon arrival. Unit is small but plenty of room for two adults, only cons is AC doesn't cool the bedroom and provisions were lacking, make sure to bring your own coffee, soap, shampoo, t-paper, etc

The condo was great, but a few things could’ve made it outstanding. For the cleaning fee, the room wasn’t as clean as we hoped. The baseboards and drawers were dirty. Also, there was one cabinet in the kitchen that was filthy. On day one we walked barefoot through the condo and our feet turned black. Also, the condos upstairs allowed children to run (more like sprint) back and forth through the halls and rooms 24/7. They would keep us up late and wake us up early shaking the whole floor everyday. The bedding was super comfortable and clean!!!

There were some great suggestions for food, drinks, etc that were given by the host. We used a few of them and really appreciated the tips on the area. We would love to stay here again!

Great oceanfront condo for two in convenient location

My wife and I really enjoyed our 6-night stay on what was our first trip to Hilton Head. This ocean-view condo is small but perfect for two, and was clean and modern, and in a good location near Coligny Plaza. The unit is a short walk to the beach, and plenty of parking was available, even for our pickup truck. The instructions and communication with the owner, Kendall, and overall responsiveness to questions, were absolutely top notch and contributed to our positive experience. We also appreciated the beach gear in the unit (cart, chairs, backpack cooler, etc.), and umbrella & chair rental service is also available at the beach. We would rent this unit again if available.

We loved this property and how close it is to the beach. The porch has a great view of the ocean and the short, dedicated pathway to the beach makes this a favorite location for us. Wonderful place

This condo is so beautiful! It has a great view of the ocean and an easy walk there. The bed is so comfortable( I always look for this when I look at reviews!) You would not regret staying here, it’s so convenient to shopping, eating, bicycling too. The owners are outstanding to work with. If I could give more stars I would!

Wonderful location

We had an excellent stay in this condo and loved having an ocean view from the balcony! So close to the beach, and we also enjoyed being close to Cologne Plaza for shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and the owner was very responsive. Highly recommend! It was a bit small for 4 people, but fine for just a week. I’m very picky about beds and found the king sized bed to be extremely comfortable!
