The unit was listed as ground foor unit; however, there were 2 sets of stairs to get into this ground floor unit. We had an adult with mobility issues so this was a huge issue. I assumed there was a pool associated with the condo, there was not. An additional high fee to swim in the community pool. Always check, as I learned. This unit was extremely dark, due to location but just poor lighting. Unit has good access to the beach.

We had a very relaxing stay. Easy walk to South Beach. The villa was very comfortable and roomy. The kitchen had everything you need for a great getaway. Short drive to the Salty Dog cafe complex. Great food - inside or outside on the dock. Great music played nightly. Short drive to Harbor Town and more things to see and do. It was a great week!
