The first floor features a 900 square foot great room for people to gather, a large fully equipped kitchen, and a large screened in porch overlooking the pool and yard. The dining room table and kitchen hightop table can accommodate 20 for meals together. The house has high speed internet and TV's in the great room, each bedroom, and two in the outdoor pool area. The house is fully furnished and includes a washer/dryer. There is an elevator to transport bags and people from the garage level to the first and second floors. We also provide you all the beach necessities like beach towels, chairs, and a beach wagon to transport things. We also have a pack n play and high chair provided. There's a four car garage on the ground level and parking for two large trucks/SUV's in front of the house.
