We had a fantastic stay! The owner was very responsive and accommodating. And the house is amazing. It is so well set up to host groups and couples. Families would find everything they needed readily available. And just a short walk to the beach.

HHI College Reunion

This was our second time in the house and it was still looking as new. There are two tables in dining area so all of us could eat together. The covered porch overlooking the pool is a great place for getting everyone together. There is an easy access to the beach walk for a short walk to a very nice stretch of beach.

Great for our family thanksgiving

Property even better than advertised. Very spacious with 7 bedrooms and 7+ bathrooms. Beach is truly 2 minutes away and we sat for hours enjoying watching grandkids play. Dolphins galore. Lots to do we golfed, rode bikes, took a nature cruise, played games. Just enjoyed each other’s company

The property was perfect for a diverse group of 79 year old friends of all genders! It was close enough to the beach and the front porch was a perfect gathering space. The rooms were spacious and bed comfortable and accommodating. We've chosen this house twice for this group and it feels like coming home to our friends!

Wonderful stay!

My family had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. We love Hilton Head and especially the Sea Pines area, and this location cannot be beat. The house is a very short walk to the beach, has huge comfortable bedrooms and very nice bathrooms, the kitchen is incredible and well-stocked, the pool is so nice, I truly could go on and on about how much we loved our stay here. And communication with Rebecca, the property manager, was great. Highly recommend!

My family and I had an incredible stay at Black Skimmer Beach Home in Sea Pines. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful surroundings and the well-maintained property. The house itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, and the living area was comfortable and inviting. We especially loved the large windows and the stunning view of the pool. The location couldn't have been better - just steps away from the beach, and close to shops, restaurants, and activities. We spent our days swimming, sunbathing, and exploring the island, and it was a pleasure to return to this lovely home at the end of the day. The property management team was fantastic - friendly, responsive, and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation experience. Overall, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Hilton Head. We can't wait to come back next year! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Lovely House with Pool Issues

This house and location were lovely. However, we arrived to discover a broken pool heater that made use of the pool all but impossible for half of our visit-and during the spring in Hilton Head, a heated pool is a necessity and a main reason we rented this house! The hosts did respond quickly to the issue but resolution was slow due to the need for special maintenance and parts. While we appreciated their attempts to solve the problem, ultimately we lost a significant amenity for over 3 days of our 7 day stay disappointing adults and children alike. And when approached for some form of compensation for our loss, their offer was not one that we felt reflected our experience-they just didn’t get it. But future renters will benefit from our loss in that a new heater has now been installed! Other things to note: the grill does not function well and was very dirty and the ice maker in the kitchen was broken.

Wonderful house

We had a great family Christmas at 11 Black Skimmer. Short walk to the beach and we also loved riding bikes on the beach. The house is spacious but also cozy. Great family room/kitchen area for large family and friends dinners/games/puzzles and football. The host Patrick was responsive before and during our stay. We also appreciated his flexibility regarding check-in and check-out times. I would recommend to anyone with a large group looking to vacation on Hilton Head. Would be great to try it in the summer so as to also enjoy the pool!

House is very accommodating. Nice big kitchen that seated entire family. Pool is great! We sat on porch hours at a time. Very nice barbecue area. This was our second time in this house. Had what appeared to be new furniture since our last visit. APP on line should be updated. Very close to beach. Less than 5 minute walk to beach.

A Blessed Vacation

We were able to host our large family, four of our children, their spouses and five children under five for seven days without any drama. That should speak volumes! The property is spacious, comfortable, clean and beautiful. It was conducive to conversations, games, quiet time and lots of large family meals. It's just wonderful and we are trying to figure out how to get back there.

The home was perfect for our group! We had 8 adults and 12 kids ages 6-17. The house was extremely clean when we arrived. We cooked dinner in every night and there was anything and everything you could ever need! Multiple pans, dishes, serving dishes, crockpots, etc. The property manager was extremely helpful and responsive. It was wonderful to have a point person that I could text to ask tons of random questions and he responded every time within minutes. Our group has rented multiple houses year after year and this is one of the best! We will definitely be returning!

Perfect house perfect location

Everything was great at the house. The location is close enough to harbor town and to the salty dog. Bike trails are right off the property. The house itself lived up to the listing. We had 4 family’s and never felt like we where bumping into each other. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and dishes glasses. 2 refrigerators. 2 wine coolers and a great long dining room table. The outside patio area around the pool was great the kids can swim while the adults chill and watch. Communication with property manager was easy when we did have question. When I go back to Hilton Head I hope this house is available there really isn’t any place better. 5/5 from all family’s involved

Nice location in South Beach

Very nice spacious house, 4th row from beach. Beach access by walkway adjacent to house. Very nice pool, larger than most in Sea Pines. Worked well for our group of 10 adults and 8 kids. Would stay there again.
