With 1,160 square feet, a smartly designed built-in bunk alcove, and two full bathrooms, this one-bedroom deluxe villa offers the comfort and flexibility families want, all wrapped in a sleek, upscale design that shows like a model home.

Unlike typical one-bedroom condos, this villa features similar square footage to SeaCrest two-bedroom units, plus cleverly tucked-away bunk beds that do not intrude on the living space and are generously sized to accommodate adults. Add in two full baths, and you’ll quickly see why this home truly functions like a two-bedroom.

Located on the second floor, this end-unit villa enjoys additional square footage, extra windows, and abundant natural light. Step out onto the living-room balcony to enjoy outdoor seating with “lean-over-the-balcony” partial ocean views, lush tropical landscaping, palm trees, and peaceful surroundings.

This condo is beautiful and spacious. It's in a great location - right across the street from Coligny Plaza which has restaurants, bars, retail stores and a Piggly Wiggly. The complex is on the beach. It has several pools and a poolside bar. All of the rooms were very large with an extra large master bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised at how much room this condo had. We also loved having two bathrooms. We had plenty of kitchen supplies and a Keurig as well as a regular coffee maker. We plan to stay here again.

I will be completely honest, I was nervous to book this place because this was a sporadic last minute trip. It was such a good price especially for the area so I really wasn’t sure what we would be getting. It is so beautiful and very clean. The bathrooms look like something I would see on HGTV. It is right across the street from Coligny Plaza so we were able to walk everywhere. They had everything that we needed in the house! Cookware, soap and shampoo, lots of towels (bath and beach!) and they even included a wagon, chairs, and an umbrella! We brought our 6 month old and the place was the perfect size for our family. There was more than enough room. Short distance from the beach and there’s a great bar/restaurant by the pools! We were so impressed with this place and we will probably be booking again next year! Thank you so much to the owners for having us! We highly recommend.

Amazing place!!!

This was our second year in a row at Hilton Head. Last year we stayed in a tiny apartment with our family of 5 and while it was do-able, we needed a bit more space. This condo was spacious, beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for the week. The whole process from start to finish was effortless and we truly enjoyed our stay. It’s a short walk to the pool and to the beach, right in the heart of Coligny. Everyone we encountered was so kind and welcoming. We cannot wait to book this again for next year.

Seacrest Condo Stay

This was our second trip to Hilton Head and we loved staying in this condo. Check in was a breeze thanks to the luggage carts provided in the parking garage. The condo was so clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of bath and beach towels were provided with lots of hooks in each bathroom. The beds were very comfortable with quality bedding. The storage closet had 4 nice beach chairs, an umbrella and a wagon to carry it all down to the beach. Previous beach rentals we have stayed at provided beach chairs but they were falling apart and unusable. We loved the heated pool and enjoyed lunch and drinks at Pool Bar Jim’s. We had bikes delivered from Wheelz and enjoyed riding around. The location is convenient to many shops and restaurants just a short walk from the condo, We look forward to coming back to stay here again.

Nice property in good location. A second property was a last minute swap suggested by the owner because of major ongoing maintenance to the original unit. No mention about the ongoing maintenance at the second unit. Nearly all common areas were closed and access to the unit was limited to thru the parking deck for most of the week. We did enjoy the sun drenched side porch. The entire unit could use a freshening.

Always a great place!

We’ve stayed here many times over the years. The condo is nicely decorated and spacious. The location doesn’t get better with Jim’s Pool Bar and Coligny Plaza across the street. The owner of this condo is first class. Already looking forward to our next trip!

A bit underwhelming for the price

We were a bit disappointed with our stay as a whole especially with the amount we paid. When we arrived we noticed stains on the dining chairs and master comforter, food splatters on the cabinets. The bed was also very uncomfortable and should be replaced. The beach chairs were also unusable as they were very rusty and weathered. The pool closed at sunset which was also disappointing as our son loves nighttime swims and the lagoon area was drained and was an eyesore. I had a few questions about the tv in the bedroom having trouble connecting to the WiFi and the owner was not very responsive and never followed up. We were hoping for a better stay.

Love the place & location

The condo is located in a great place. It is literally across an easy street from an outside shopping area. It has lots of shops, a grocery store (Piggly Wiggly), several restaurants and bars. In fact, the condo building has its own bar and small kitchen right on the beach. There are 2 pools, easy access to the beach, parking under the complex. The condo itself is very nice and good size. The bedroom has a TV and the bed is king size. There are bunkbeds just off the dining area. It has 2 bathrooms. FYI, there is also a Keurig.

This condo was awesome! Clean & comfortable, quiet and pleasantly furnished. Location was just right for access to beach, dining, shopping as well as lots of walking & biking paths. Parking was easy & plentiful. Owners were very accommodating when we had a change in our travels plans. Hope to come again!
