Was completely renovated 3/23. Great ocean view. COMFORTABLE king bed as well as a queen sleeper sofa. Gorgeous new stand up shower with rain fall fixture and an additional sprayer. 55" Roku tv in the living room and 32" Roku tv in the bedroom. The villa has a fully functional kitchen with anything needed to cook meals. Located in Seaside Villas, 4 buildings down the beach from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza. Direct beach access on the property. My wife, Kendall, and I have owned and rented condos on Hilton Head since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and manage a few others. We live on the island and are always available if needed (or for a good restaurant recommendation). Seaside is an oceanfront complex in walking distance from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. Direct beach access on the property. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. My husband and 15 year old daughter stayed for 3 nights during a coolish spell in March. - the pool area gets lots of sun and is protected so it was pleasant to sit out and tan. - great view from the balcony- the shower was good with good water pressure- bikes easy to find and in good working order. Rented the 3rd bike easily from down the street.- we biked everywhere, including for all dinners. Furthest restaurant was Local Legend, which we highly recommend.- had an enjoyable hike in nearby Sea Pines Preserve. We recommend that, as well as the Alligator Boat tour which we did on a previous trip.- My daughter and I shared the king bed and my husband slept on the pullout as he likes to wake early. The pullout is in the kitchen so it would not have worked well if our daughter slept on it as she is less of an early riser. - mattress on pullout should be upgraded.- accommodation would have been too small for us if our 19 year old was with us.- we would rent this unit again!

Location was good but the place had a serious lack of furniture in it. Just a couch to sit on, no chairs except 4 wooden stools at a high wooden table. Very plain. No mirror in BR and it seemed like the available space in the rest of the unit wasn't being utilized very well. Balcony could use a lot of help especially sand removal. Sliding glass door didn't seem to have been cleaned in a while. Air conditioning doesn't really reach the bedroom since it is located on the opposite side of the condo. No hooks anywhere to hang things on. Bottom drawer of the dresser in BR fell apart when I opened it. No lamps in the living area just overhead lighting. Much smaller than it looks in photos. Fortunately we didn't spend a lot of time in the unit. Friends of ours were down the hall in #382 and it was MUCH nicer. The shower was the one upside.

Clean, comfortable, close to Coligny

Check in was super easy. Communication with owner was excellent and she was very accommodating with our check out request. The condo is small but very clean and updated; perfect for a couple not wanting to spend a fortune on accommodations. The bed is very comfortable and my back felt great after sleeping on it each night. Close to everything!!! Comes with bikes but they are a-bit old and squeaky. We rode 12,miles one day and 8 the next even with the squeaks so it was all good , but those should be updated next. I will stay here again for sure! It’s a great deal for the location!

Gracious Host, Nice Villa!

We stayed the week that tropical storm Debby rolled through. Despite multiple days of wind and rain, we still had a blast! The property was quickly cleaned up after the storm. Our unit was well cleaned when we moved in, and very comfortable overall for our family of 3. They did have to take the elevator down for a day with the storm, but the host offered to extend our stay to make up for that and the overall weather! Highly recommend this property and unit.

Clean & Great Location

We were in town for my husband’s birthday and had an amazing time! The place was clean, fresh towels, comfy bed. They even had birthday cookies laid out on the counter as well as a book of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. That was very helpful. Location was near anything you could possibly want & right on the beach! We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings taking in the breeze. Perfect for a couples getaway. Looking forward staying again!

Small-ish unit but great for a couple. It had everyone we needed. You an walk to a beautiful beach just a few steps away. No assigned parking so you park wherever there is an open spot. Covered parking. Pool was nice!

Advertised as renovated, but the Reno was not very good. 1st shower was cold, and no towels. Owner told me they were there repeatedly but were not. Said husband would be there in an hour to look at shower, more like 3. We stayed at the beach to miss him but ended up still running in to him. He adjusted water heater. Can't imagine how no one else complained. Did let me check in a little early. Great location with a little ocean view. It was decent overall.

Cozy, clean condo on the beach! I stayed with my son and we had plenty of room - he slept on the pullout couch which was comfortable. The king bed was comfy too. The pool area was nice… a great place to escape the sun at high noon as there was always a shady spot. Easy access to the beach and a short, beautiful walk to shops and restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped - we made simple things like hot dogs and pasta. Also there were welcome cookies - very sweet touch. I think this condo has been recently remodeled. I’d like to go back with my husband sometime.

Great Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was wonderful. It is walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach access. The unit was super clean and had everything you needed to feel like you were at "home away from home". We would definitely stay here again.
