This unit is great - extremely clean and well cared for. Bathrooms and kitchen have been updated. As stated in the description, it does not have a view of the ocean, but is more reasonably priced then those that do have the view. Location is fantastic!

Great location

This was a great location, beachfront and walkable to restaurants. The unit is a little outdated, but in good shape and very spacious. Lots of good lighting inside. First floor was convenient (even though the elevator was out of order and the nearest steps were being rebuilt) and had parking underneath the building. The balcony looks at the side of the building and the parking lot.

Overall very pleased with the stay and the space. Upgrading master to a king and the secondary to two full size beds would go a long way. Also the fabric on the furniture could use attention Felt like grandmas house but that isn’t a bad thing. Love the mirrors adds a lot of visual space.

This property is nice and true to listing. The location was great! Right on the beach and very close to the Coligny shopping plaza. It also had the best pool of the condo complexes I’ve stayed at on the island. No issues or complaints!

This unit may not have the greatest view, but it is very comfortable and convenient. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed the cooler weather in September so we could eat on the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was super clean. We have stayed in this unit in the past and will probably stay there again!

Good location

The property was nice and clean. It was great for walking to restaurants and to the s beach. The only negative was that it had a massive amount of mirrors on the walls that kind of made me nervous that we may accidentally break one. The grounds were well maintained and the pool area was nice as well. We would stay again.
