Guests enter Ketch Studio by taking the community elevator or staircase from the ground level of the building to the third floor. Once you enter the front door, you will find an hallway that connects you to the bathroom, kitchenette, seating area, bed and balcony. You'll enjoy the peaceful views of the Harbour Town Lighthouse and Yacht Basin from the kitchenette, dining area, seating area, bed and private balcony. Off-street parking for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.

Sea Pines is a private gated community with very specific rules and regulations. Motorcyles, motorhomes, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, are not permitted in Sea Pines. Any nonconforming vehicle will be turned away by Sea Pines security. No weddings or events can be held on rental property premises.



Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Between early March and Labor Day, rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot.
