It is time to rehabilitate at Seahabilitation on Hilton Head Island.

- Enjoy our renovated 2 bed/2 ½ bath townhouse that sleeps 6, located in The Greens community of Shipyard. We welcome Snowbirds.

- The property is located steps from the community pool, a 4-minute walk to Van Der Meer tennis and pickleball courts, a short bicycle ride to Coligny and an 8-minute walk to access the Shipyard Beach Club.

- The primary bedroom is upstairs, which has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, full private bath with walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom is upstairs and has 2 full-size beds, flat screen TV, and a full bath.

- The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, loveseat, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and dining area. There is also an office desk and chair located adjacent to the kitchen.

- Air conditioning, and complimentary starter toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish soap, potholders and dish towel, dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent) are provided. Grocery stores are located within 2 miles for you to replenish your own stock.

- There is a large patio facing the golf course with trees, so you have privacy. A table with chairs and umbrella is the perfect place for your morning cup of coffee. In the evening, you can enjoy a nice dinner under the patio string of lights.

- Located at the front of the property is a patio area and storage shed, with all the beach amenities, including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach buggy, and noodle floats.

-The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker (regular brew & Keurig pod combo), and stainless-steel appliances.

-Laundry machines are located on the second floor.

Great Getaway On The Beach

Great location. 4/5 minute walk to the beach. Condo had plenty of amenities, like beach chairs, beach buggy, games, reliable internet, basic kitchen set of pots/pans, toiletries. Very clean, too. Owner was super reliable and communicative. Checkin and checkout super easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful First Visit to HHI!

Overall a great space! Plenty of room for a family of 4 with kids ages 10 and 13. Seperate beds in the spare room and two full baths was something often hard to find in a smaller condo rental! Short walk to the property amenities and the beach! No big deal at all!

Perfect!

The room was clean and updated! 2 bathroom makes everything so much easier with two young ones and 2 adults. Plenty of towels, and toiletries. The couches were large enough and COMFORTABLE to enjoy sitting on after a long day at the beach! The food at the resort was within walking distance and the pizza was DELICIOUS. We already started planning the next trip in the summer before we even left. We were so impressed.

Nice condo on the quiet side of Hilton Head

Condo was clean and really well situated. Loved that there weren't those awful scent plugins everywhere and wasn't an overly chemical smell from the cleaning process too! Could easily walk to all the amenities on the resort (beach, pool, restaurants, parks). The only downside to the location is that the balcony faces the parking lot instead of something more scenic but that's it. We were about 15min drive from Coligny Park, but it was much less crowded up here on this side of the island which we liked. Overall, was a great stay. Everything we needed was here and we were able to have a relaxing family weekend in Hilton Head. Thanks for a great stay!

Great home away from home

We had such a great stay! The owners were so responsive and accommodating. We were pleased the property had accessible parking at the unit and near the beach (our son has cerebral palsy but is ambulatory) so the up and down the steps was manageable because we could drive and park all over the property. Thanks for a wonderful stay! No need to bring beach chairs/toys/beach cart. All provided!

A wonderful visit!

We had a wonderful stay at Tory and Jaime's condo. It was clean and well-appointed and exactly as advertised. This is a second-floor property but it was no problem navigating the very wide staircase. Just a 5-minute walk to the pool and the beach. We particularly enjoyed the oversized resort swimming pool and the clean beaches. Most of all the condo felt warm and comfortable, and Tory was exceptionally responsive and welcoming. We would most definitely look into staying here again. Thank you Tory and Jaime!

Central location and relaxation

The weather during our stay was a little chilly and rainy at times, but there was still a lot to do in the area. The apartment was clean and very well stocked and the complimentary starter toiletries and kitchen/dish/laundry soap were very thoughtful. The beach supply closet was also an added bonus, and it was super convenient to be able to rent bikes right from the resort. The kids LOVED the pickleball courts being so close! Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Spacious Condo

This condo was just as described! Beautiful decor and very spacious. Lots of hangers and dresser storage. Plenty of linens and also a playpen for babies if needed. Outside balcony had a drying rack which was fantastic since wet clothing isn’t allowed on balcony railing. The kitchen was stocked more than enough, plenty of towels and lots and lots of beach accessories. Never had an issue with any electronics or Wi-Fi stability. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Great stay!

This was our second time staying at HHB&T, first time in this unit. We loved this condo, it was very clean which is my #1 concern! I even had to move the nightstand to try to plug in my phone and didn’t notice any dust back there. The location is great, direct path to the pool/restaurant/beach. Updated kitchen and appliances, everything we used worked as it should. We felt right at home! Lots of small touches like games available, enough trash bags, night lights available for all the bathrooms and more, easy to use tvs in every room, plenty of extra linens, and all the beach supplies you could need. Check in was smooth and having the door code instead of a key was super convenient. No complaints at all, we would definitely stay here again! Two suggestions would be a full length mirror and some kind of chain lock or a lock that only works on the inside of the door. I’m maybe a little hypervigilant and worry about someone else having the code or ability to get in.
