This lovely 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath pet friendly townhouse located the very popular South Forest Beach area offers a bright, open floor plan with all of the comforts of home. Ocean Breeze boasts an on site pool, tennis court and an easy 10 minute walk via Lemoyne Avenue to the Atlantic Ocean. Coligny Plaza, The Lowcountry Celebration Park, Numerous Shops, Restaurants as well as the Tiki Hut & Pool Bar Jim's are also an easy walk or even shorter bike ride via Hilton Head Island's Impressive Bike Path System.

The main level of #28 has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table & chairs for 4 plus a living area featuring 2 couches along with large smart television. There is also a powder room on the main level and the patio just off the living room features an outdoor table & seating for morning coffee, a meal or a cool drink.

The second floor offers both bedrooms along with a laundry closet featuring a stack washer/dryer. The primary bedroom has a King-size bed along with private bath. The second bedroom has 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bed.
