Disliked: Cleanliness
Cons: Entire unit needs a DEEP cleaning. There was no deadbolt on the front door. No way to securely lock from the inside. Steps leading to second floor bedrooms were extremely steep and difficult to climb.Second Bedroom: There was thick dust on window curtains. All bedding for all bedding was terrible. Thin pillows. One of the second bedroom beds was so squeaky it was almost unusable. The pull out bed was horrific. It was a metal cot. The mattress for the cot was stored folded up in the closet. It was extremely thin and the cover torn off exposing the fuzz material inside. We had to try to find several blankets to lay down to make it bearable.Bathroom: Bathroom fan was covered in dust. Kitchen: The dishwasher still had food from previous guests in it. And the dishwasher also had rust. Dishwasher was unusable. We had to hand wash every cooking utensil and dish. The pots were non-stick and coating scratched off. All of the cookware was unusable. We had to buy cookware.Pros: The unit was somewhat clean at first glance. But needed to be deep cleaned. Beautiful pool view. Nice landscaping. Lovely lighting, moss hanging from trees, pretty winding staircase leading to the pool. Bathrooms were fairly clean and nice. The master shower was nice and spacious. Washer and dryer in a laundry area were nice. Kitchen was good. Fridge was clean although needed to be turned down to be colder.Quiet. No noise at all from other guests or residence.
