The home consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan living area and plenty more!
The Space:
When you arrive at the property you will have 2 car parking spaces in the driveway.
Large open plan living area with ducted and heating cooling throughout. These areas are light and bright and perfect for entertaining. Enjoy the water views from these areas.
Glass sliding doors leading outside to the undercover entertaining area. What a perfect space to relax and really enjoy your next holiday. Outside blinds to block out the weather if needed, BBQ and an outside table and chairs.
The kitchen has electric cooking, dishwasher, double sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and a coffee pod machine K-fee which is compatible with Aldi Expressi Pods.
The dining area has a large table and chairs to seat eight people.
Lounge room has lots of seating areas and a large TV mounted on the wall. There is also a little study area if you are having to work remotely.
Master bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, walk in robe and ensuite.
Bedroom two has queen size bed, ceiling fan and built in robes.
Bedroom three has x2 single beds and a ceiling fan.
Main bathroom has a bath and shower, separate vanity area and separate toilet.
Laundry with a washing machine, basin, cupboard space and access outside.
Steps leading down to the waters edge, with amazing views down the Marina. Moor your boat on the jetty and cruise the open waters of the lovely Murray River and Coorong Quays.
