With three comfortable bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, it sleeps up to six guests, making it the ideal family retreat. Enjoy breathtaking marina views from the living areas and balcony, where you can watch the boats glide by and soak in the peaceful surroundings.

A short stroll will take you to The Islander Tavern, where you can enjoy delicious meals, cocktails, and a great atmosphere right by the water. A $300 refundable bond will be held the day before your stay and voided after you vacate once the property is checked.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
