We stayed here at the end of our vacation, flying in from overseas. The option for to/from the airport transport. The great breakfast options were wonderful. Having food and drink available at the hotel plus having a big clean room and comfortable bed made for a very relaxing stay before heading home on our final destination. The staff was great to deal with as well. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Waited at airport for shuttle for 30 min while shuttles for other hotels went past before giving up and getting a taxi. Reception then said we needed to have requested it. Not ideal and found out too late. Only one of our two booked rooms were on the system, and while the lady on reception was perfectly nice and professional this was a major pain after a day’s travel. Eventually resent the Expedia reservation via the app and this seemed to trigger something on their computer. Rooms weee fine. Breakfast was VERY tired. I’ve been at Hampton all over the US and this was by far the worst. Suggest other customers try one of the other Boston airport hotels. Likely to be better than this one.

I like that they also host airport parking. It made for an easy decision to stay there the night before our early morning flight. The airport shuttle was efficient and pleasant. The property is a little worn, but otherwise clean, safe, quiet, and comfortable. I would recommend staying here for the convenience to the airport and the parking availability.
