First time staying here and we loved our room. The layout and recent renovations done to the room were nice. Wish the room had a better view but overall the way the room was laid out and done made up for it. Definitely would stay here again. Brief interactions with front desk and housekeeping were friendly.

Property is not great. I saw insects in our room and the carpets in the rooms were dirty and damp. We couldn’t walk on the carpet as it was that dirty. I will never stay with Holiday Inn again. Staff was good.

The room was spotless and the employees were very customer oriented. It’s unfortunate the restaurant and lounge are shutting down soon for 2 weeks while the new business remodels but such is life. All in all I would stay there again
