Traditional Japanese home with amazing ocean view, perfect for BBQ with family & friends. It has 2 tatami bedroom and balcony good for 12 people. If you have a baby feel free to use the crib for free for your baby's safety and comfort. Complete facilities provided. Pocket WIFI, Washing machine, Breakfast and BBQ meat and Charcoal is provided . 2 Car parking space provided (Park on the designated area shown in the photo, no parking inside the house).

The Space:
2 Bedroom House with tatami room and balcony. The entire house is exclusively for your use only. No sharing with other guests. Breakfast and BBQ meat is provided.

Second Bedroom:

2 Queen size bed (4 people)

A total of 12 people can stay comfortably.

The futon and baby crib are self-service, all the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it, clean bed sheets, pillow cover, it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins.

This house is provided with hotel quality supplies such as towels, tooth brush set, body wash & shampoo, etc. Feel free to use the amenities during your stay. Separate toilet and bath. Air-conditioning provided can be heating or cooling air depending on your need.

2 Parking slot are also available on the premises and in the space opposite.

Other Things to Note:
Please be sure to read and understand this house rules before confirming your reservation.

1. Please be careful in using electricity and gas. Refrain from dangerous materials that can cause fire or other accidents. Strictly no smoking in the room.

2. Kindly use the beddings (futons, pillows, sheets, etc.) and equipment carefully ( Note : if the futon pillows, etc. is soiled, additional cleaning fee will apply.

3. This is an old house and located in an island, insects may enter through some gaps, please be aware. Be careful when opening the entrance door and windows of the villa. (Insecticide etc. are prepared under the washbasin.)

4. No Parties allowed. Avoid creating noise that will disturb others/neighbours.

5. Any part of the house that is damage, if you lost the key. This will all be charge accordingly.

6. In the event of any disaster or accident. Including power or water outage, Will do our best to assist and help you with the situation. However we are not responsible for this unavoidable circumstances. We cannot refund the total or partial amount of your reservation for those reasons. Cancellation policy applies.

7. NO pets allowed.

8. Accidents caused by using motorcycles or the like during your stay, is not part of our responsibility.

When using the BBQ

1. If you are planning to grill during your stay. Please bring your own ignition light. Charcoal will be provided.

2. You may find the griller on the right side when entering the gate.

3. How to clean up: Please leave the grill as it is. Kindly put your used charcoal in the stone box. You can use the shovel and ash collector near the entrance (See photo). Please take your trash with you and cooperate with our eco activities.

For Bonfire:
- Please do Bonfire in the same area where you can do Barbecue. Firewood will be provided.

Check-in time is at 12:00 pm and check-out time is 9:00 am, we will prepare for the next day's customers, so please be punctual.

Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.

So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed . You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smart phone on your booking channel app.
