Staff were amazing. Shower not designed properly - would leak water out, wetting the bath mat every time. One day, it flooded the entire bathroom. Not a 5* experience from management's part, but front of house staff worked diligently on the situation as soon as I made them aware. In summary, amazing location and staff, but room design could have been more functional.

I booked a tour through the hotel. I paid a premium price because at other hotels a premium price meant a premium tour. However at this hotel I paid a premium price and got a low quality tour. People on the same tour paid half what we did. Very disappointing.

The hotel is in an excellent location. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed the walking distance to Ben Thanh Markets, Saigon Square Markets, Saigon Centre shops and popular eatries in Ho Chi Minh City. It was very easy to book Grab and bus tours due to being right near Pasteur Gate entrance to Saigon Centre. We were pleased with our 5 night stay as we had free access to the Mini bar drinks, water, tea and coffee. This was a lovely gesture.

Because it is located inside a mall, it was hard for our Taxi to pick us up during the weekend & rush hours. The reception is narrow & small compared to other hotels.

Hotel was super charming, CLEAN, and friendly. Staff was superb. It is located in the Saigon Centre mall so a great location! The food in the mall was fantastic. The Runam cafe is so cute and has wonderful food. The basement has awesome food as well esp the Thai Noodle place and their prawn tom yum dish. MUST TRY.
