Comfortable rooms in a central location

The hotel was situated literally across the street from the Ben Thanh market. Easy walking to main areas, as well as one block from the new metro line. The service at the hotel was to notch, with everyone from the door men to the desk agents friendly and welcoming each time I came and went. I was particularly happy with service from Kati, who was available by text / WhatsApp, and very responsive. Rooms are comfortable and clean, bathrooms are good, with very hot water and strong pressure.

Amazing hotel! This hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the city — all the main attractions are within walking distance. It was my last stay in Vietnam, and definitely the best one! Kati was wonderful — she made sure everything was perfect and even helped me get to the airport safely. I highly recommend staying here. You won’t regret it!

Location: 10 Service and staff: 10 Walkability: 10 Room value: 7 (much smaller than I thought and there were a few glitches that needed to be smoothed out. The TV didn’t work most of the time. The bathtub was outside in the patio where neighbors had an easy view (and did) to watch. Elevators and hallways are always hot and humid. Breakfast: 7 (decent options and good coffee but most places at this price level had much better offerings)

Mary messaged us 24 hours before our arrival to confirm our airport transfer details which was much appreciated. When we landed our taxi was there and waiting for us and took us to the hotel - we had such a warm welcome from Kati on our arrival with fresh towels and a drink and were given a free upgrade for 2 out of the 3 nights. Our room overlooked Ben Than market but without any of the noise from it! The rooftop pool was perfect after a long day of exploring the city and we made the most of the happy hour! Hotel staff were always happy to assist with bookings and tours and always greeted us with a smile everytime we went through reception. We just had the best time and Kati / the rest of the staff who made us feel so welcome. This feels like a luxurious yet boutique hotel and we would recommend to anyone!

The hotel is located in a great location near the markets and many other tourist destinations in a walkable distance. The staff were some of the best I have experienced with always being willing to assist. An example was lending an umbrella when I first arrived and it had started pouring. There is a good selection of Vietnamese meals to try at the restaurant.
