Our apartment is newly built and located on the most beautiful street of District 4 which runs parallel to the Ben Nghe Canal. From here you can discover all of Saigon's major tourist attractions located only minutes away in District 1.

Bui Vien (Western street) is but a short 1.2km stride over Ong Lanh Bridge and from there another 1.2kms to Benh Thanh Market.

The space:

Located on the 27th floor of the southwest wing of the apartment

The living room has a TV with cable for when you want to relax on the couch, the kitchenette for when you want to whip up a quick meal or entertain guests.

The free broadband internet supplied can be accessed using a wireless hotspot on your laptop and smartphone.

The apartment is perfect when travelling with family, friends, colleagues and is ideal for the corporate travelling duo looking to maximise their budget. I trust you will find every need and comfort catered for.

Guest access

The apartment complex has a swimming pool, lift and stair access, intercom system for security. Access to your home can be gained 24hrs a day so you can come and go as you please.

Interaction with guests

Your privacy is paramount to us, but we will always be available should you ever need anything. Flick us a message through Airbnb or via SMS.

Other things to note

Should you have any specific requests before or during your stay with us, please let us know. Our hosts will try their very best to make it happen. That said we are not a hotel. If you are expecting our hosts to be available 24/7 then booking an experience with us is probably not suited to you.

Kindly note that as per the law in Vietnam all staying guests will need to provide a copy of their passports to us so we can register your stay with the local authorities. This prerequisite is not dissimilar to that found when checking into a hotel.

If you are a foodie like me, then you will love Tiger luxury food tour which runs in the evening and will introduce you to some of Saigon's best-hidden gems all on the back of a scooter. You'll love it. If that's not your cup of tea and you would like to do something else let us know, and we can point you in the right direction.

Please do not smoke inside the apartment. Should you need to, do so only on the balcony or in the open air laundry room by the kitchenette.

Anyone found to have smoked inside will be asked to leave and will forfeit any unused portion of their stay and security deposit.

Guest access cards are to be handed back on check out. Any lost cards will incur a fee of 150K VND per card payable to our hosts upon check out.

Please note all bedrooms will be made available for bookings of 3-5 ppl alone. That said all reasonable requests by you for other cases would be considered.
