위치, 편의, 안전, 친절 모든 점이 만족스러운 숙소입니다. 약 2주간 숙박했고, 2주간 더 머무를 예정입니다. 제일 만족스러운 건 사실 호스트의 친절하고 빠른 응대였습니다. 그 외의 나머지 부분도 충분히 만족하였습니다. 저녁 식사 후 가볍게 산책할 수 있는 공원도 있으며, 많은 아이들이 뛰어놀며 들리는 웃음소리는 듣기 좋았습니다. 한국인 분들은 한인마트 및 한식당이 군데군데 있으니 사용하시기 좋을 듯 합니다. 그리고 근처에 약국도 많고(영업시간도 꽤 늦게까지 엽니다. 대략 밤10시까지? 주말도 열어요), 빈맥인터내셔널병원도 있어서 안심이 됩니다. 1군도 그랩타고 10-15분 정도 가면 되서 가깝습니다. 앞으로 출장다닐 때마다 빈홈 지역에서 계속 머무를 듯 합니다

this is the 1st time to living this kind of apartment , the house facilities is new and in good condition. the hotel guys are nice and kind 😊. when i faced any problem, they can solve immediately !!! 😍 Many supermarket, coffee shop and many locally restranuants nearly and easy to find it. Meanwhile, you go to another district 1 by taxi which have to take 10 mins max. therefore, i will book again when i go to there

저음이여서 잘 모르고 숙소를잡았는데 거리가 조금 시내권역과 떨어져있는 단점빼고는 쾌적하고 수영장도 좋았고, 집주인도 친절하고, 시설도 깨끗하고 아파트먼트여서그런지 모든 식기류및 기타조리도구들이 갖춰져있어서 생활하는데 불편함없었고 바퀴벌레 개미 등 지내는4일동안 한번도 보지못했습니다 모기도없었음

This is a suite in a nice area of downtown Saigon. Away from the busy crowded downtown core. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby within walking distance and quick taxi trip to get around to major shopping areas. We stayed for 4 nights and management was very responsive if we had any questions or needed assistance.

I stayed in this hotel with my family and it has the best location. It’s located in district Binh Thanh which has more local food places and things to shop for. It’s so convenient that it’s next to district 1 if you like to do more tourist things like war museum, ben thanh market, etc.. I’ve heard bad reviews about this hotel but it is most likely because of different owners not maintaining their homes well for their guest. but i’m telling u this owner will not doubt you! The apartment itself was so clean and the owner is very kind and considerate, they even had someone come in right away to fix the shower head. Had such a great experience that I’ve booked 2 more times with them coming back from different cities/ provinces in vietnam.

여기 숙소 아주 좋아요! 깔끔하고 가격도 합리적이에요! 벤탄 시장까지 가까워요. 벤탄 시장까지 걸어서 15분 이고 가는길에 콩카페가 있어서 좋아요! 호스트분이 친절하시고 응답이 빠르고 친절합니다. 갑자기 1박 더 해야했는데 호스트분께 아고다 메세지와 카톡을 보내니 금방 답장 해주시고 처리해주셨어요 . Ps )숙소에 조리 기구도 있어서 베트남 라면 끓여 먹을 수 있어요. 1층에 가드들이 지키고 있고 주변도 밝아서 숙소로 오는길도 안전!

The room is so spacious. There are balcony, living room and kitchen. There is microwave and washing machine in the room. You can reach to big shopping malls like Vincom center, Diamond shopping mall where is K-market inside withing 5 minute walking distance. Most attractions in Hochimin are close to the residence. The swimming pool is not big but enough for kids. You have option to have breakfast buffet in the hotel, the next building. GS25가 빌딩1층에 있어서 너무 편하게 이용했습니다. K마켓은 롯데가 운영하는 다이아몬드 플라자 3층에 있습니다.

From the very start of the booking the host answered all my questions. Check in was so fast and easy, daily cleaning, and the apartment was absolutely amazing. 5star standard and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely be back here. Location, quality and comfort are all better than a hotel with the same (or even higher) price.

Thanks for this amazing place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City! The apartment is super modern, clean, everything you want and need is downstairs and it is not far from the city center as well as the airport. The host answered so quickly, she is super nice
