No staff at check in - had difficulty finding the room because the address listed on hotels.com did not match the address they emailed us for check in. They LIED about free airport shuttle that they listed in the hotels.com - shuttle extra money - called them and showed them a photo from hotels.com offering free shuttle- they just stayed NO —- LIED also about time from airport was 18 min —— NO - it’s was 40minutes each way- TERRIBLE

Confusion with location, East Tower not West Tower. Apartment needed a dusting clean. Limited kitchen and dining equipment. Otherwise very comfortable. Pool not in the building. Either across the road or in the other tower.

I paid an extra $500 compared to other properties so my kids can use the pool that they show in the booking pictures. However, when we got there, it is a completely different building and there is no infinity pool like the pictures. However, there is a pool on the ground. It’s not worth that much of money. When I asked the host about it, she did not even respond.

This apartment is beautiful, with beautiful views of the river and a lovely outlook from the pool area (note; the rooftop pool is a walk to neighbouring building complex to access). This is not a hotel and is hosted by an agent (similar to an ABNB), unfortunately it felt a little unorganised and there was a lack of communication, ie. the check in was via a key card in the letter box (the box was locked and security had to break in), the cleaners were still In the apartment upon arrival and we had to wait outside until complete and there was no hot water the first night (a switch turned this on, though was never communicated). Overall the apartment is lovely with all the amenities you could ask for, if the agent is to fix these minor issues with communication it would certainly be a 5 star stay!!
