Booked and prepaid for a Premier 2-bedroom apartment (an upgrade from standard). Upon arrival, the Premier apartment was not available. I was instead shown a substandard substitute that did not match the listing or what I paid for. The on-site property agent confirmed that no Premier apartments were available and explicitly instructed me to request a full refund and cancellation through Expedia. I contacted Expedia immediately. Expedia attempted to reach the property repeatedly over several days but received no response. As a result, the accommodation I booked was never provided, and I did not receive the services I paid for. I was forced to secure alternative accommodations in another district, which wasted my first day of travel and significantly disrupted the start of my trip. This experience involved misrepresentation and complete non-responsiveness from the property. Extremely disappointing and not what was advertised.

Phuong is an amazing host and he went above and beyond accommodating me at here place! he was nice enough to give me recommendations of things to do and helped me find a store to get fitted for an Ao Dai. The area can be busy, but there are plenty of places within walking distance to eat and grab coffee. I will definitely try staying here again.

This place is great for two persons! We had everything we need, there was also a big bottle of drinking water in our Apartment. It was really clean. The pool is very nice on a hot day in HCMC!

Loved the place and neighborhood! The place was clean, had everything we needed plus a comfy sofa area with projector. The neighborhood is also beautiful and has lots of cafes and places to eat. The location may be difficult to find if you are going there for the first time, as it is not on a main road, but once you get used to it, it is not a problem. The hosts are very quick to reply to the messages. I would like to stay there again next time.
