very nice place to be. about 20mn drive from district 1 ( 200 000 dôngs on grab). very clean and confortable. i recommand , a couple of shops downstairs and nice place to do nails ( Victory nails). Authentics people around you, happy to help you.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wie zu Hause gefühlt! Das Apartment entspricht genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Die Gastgeberinnen waren jederzeit erreichbar und super hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Die Lage ist etwas vom Zentrum entfernt, die Innenstadt kann mit dem Grab/Taxi aber gut erreicht werden. Viele Restaurants und lokale Shops sind in der Nähe.

It's a great place to stay. Nice rooms, clean and the pool is amazing. Easy to get a Taxi / Grab to get to the places you want to see. If we visit Saigon a second time, we'll stay there again.

Very good spot. Clean and comfortable. Very easy to call a Grab to and from the location which is nice. Fast wifi and hot water in the shower. Very good communication with the host. Very nice pool area. Would recommend.

Communication with the owner and property manager was super tough and unresponsive. And to top it off, they asked for a 500,000 Vietnamese Dong security deposit! My husband spent most of our sightseeing time on the phone trying to figure out how to get our money back in exchange for returning the room key. What a nightmare!

The room was not what the pictures showed. It is simply a vinhome, not one of the Landmark 81 apartments. Also, the staff didn't have our rooms ready and made us stand on the sidewalk while we waited for our room. Lastly, the worst part of all, I booked three 3 bedroom suites (total of 18 ppl) and they canceled one on me and said it was an Expedia app glitch. They tried to convince me to cancel the whole reservation and I said no. Then they forced me to rent 2 other 2 bedroom units at an expensive rate, and of course I had to, as all 18 of us had already arrived. I felt helpless throughout the whole check in process and would not book again with this listing

Property was neglected... torn shower curtain, odor, dirty, and didn't have much provided. We arrived late and only slept a couple of hours and couldn't wait to leave the property.

The staff support was lacking dramatically in this stay. I have stayed here for many weeks and in the beginning the staff response for cleaning and fixing issues was ok, but this last week, there has been no response for days, and the response is inaccurate and completely inadequate. The cleaning requests are ignored or not answered, the toilet clogs every 2nd day and the request was ignored for days so I had to call someone myself to fix it. The gym access has not been approved, the kitchen exhaust does not work, and response is always-please wait. Then I was told that I should pack and they will move me to another room so they can fix the toilet. So I spend hours packing up and at moving time, I was told that no need to move they will try and fix the issues later sometime. All in all, very unprofessional experience. I do not know if the management team has changed, but I will never book anything here if this continues and will recommend all my friends who are coming to stay here to go another building. The ownership needs to sit down with management and make sure the requests are answered timely and the broken things are taken care of correctly.

Cozy and quiet little apartment located a bit outside the center of Ho Chi Minh City. By foot you are in 15mins right in the centre with many restaurants and shops. It has a kitchen with all the essential things you need and you can do laundry in the washing machines of the building.
