This is our first stay in Vietnam and it exceeded all expectations! The room was spotless, filled with the delightful scent of fresh flowers. The balcony opened up to a spectacular green view, making every moment peaceful.

Spacious room and extra spacious bathroom and a cute balcony. The place was impeccably clean and well designed. Everything that we needed was right there. Loved spending some time at the cafe downstairs - felt like I was living in a sitcom setup. Highly recommend.

The apartment is incredibly charming and cozy, with a clean, airy room, lots of greenery, and plenty of natural light. The location is convenient for getting anywhere in the city. The host was always very helpful. A huge plus is the amazing matcha shop downstairs with super friendly staff.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Phuong's place. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay in Saigon. The onsite staff was warm and friendly and kept the Apartment nice and clean. There were so many delicious places to eat just a few steps away. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting HCMC.

Nice, Clean and tidy place in overall. The Owner is very responsive which is extremely. helpful. I enjoy the neighborhood. the guests should ask for a picture of the address before coming, because Google map show me a different road (which is parallel and near to the correct street). I wish the bathroom had a separation between the shower part and the toilet part so water would not be everywhere.

Nice place and decoration, quite clean. It is not so noisy. Easy check in and easy to find the place. Host is helpful whenever I need something. After all, location is not convenient for me though. Eine sehr niedliche Wohnung in guter Lage. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 10- Minuten an der Partymeile und es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Pool bietet nach einem langen Sightseeing-Tag eine gute Abkühlung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Everything about this stay was amazing. Phuong spoke great English and was able to communicate things with us very well. He also gave us some recommendations for for things to do and places to eat in HCM which was really helpful. As for the stay, it was everything we had hoped for.
