Plenty of areas to walk to for food and shopping. Fairly quick and easy check in and out process. Overall a very convenient stay, but in terms of comfort, it was okay. The room was a bit murky and smelled a bit damp and musty, and there were mosquitoes and a lizard in the room. Nothing surprising but something to note. One complaint would be the AC not really functioning well. It'd take quite a while to start pushing out cool air.

Basic and comfortable short stay.

Helpful staff, comfortable lobby area to sit in whilst waiting for our room to be made available . We stayed in a standard twin room, good use of a compact space. Liked the bathroom as the shower was enclosed and the shower worked well, not always hot water, more a warm temperature, that was still acceptable to use. Pleased to have a kettle and a decent sized fridge. Located off the main road down an alley. Convenient for reaching a park, shops and bars. Had a pleasant 4 night stay.

Avoid at all costs. We booked here thinking it looked nice. The building has power issues which is dodgy for the lift, the bathroom tap didn’t work; and the floor was broken. Wouldn’t go near it. Took 5 hours of international calling to get Expedia to refund. There’s better options

Nothing but Praises to the Staff and the Hotel!

There is nothing else I can say about this place but all praises. They messaged me a day before regarding my arrival time. I arrived late around 1am local time and they were able to accommodate me. Plus, the front desk staff spoke really good English. So, no problem on communication at all! The room was AWESOME! SUPER CLEAN and the staff were SUPER FRIENDLY and ACCOMMODATING. The location was also super! We were near to pretty much everything. We were taking Grab the entire time but since the location was great, the cost on the fare was pretty good. All I got is just praises for this hotel. Keep it up! When I come back with my family, I will stay here again.

Small, new hotel near Bui Vien walking strret. Surpringly quiet considering the proximity to the noisy bars on Bui Vien. Very friendly staff. Small but well appointed room for the price. I noticed that some rooms only have a window to the hallway. Probably best to upgrade to a higher price room if you want to avoid having no window to the outside.

I am satisfied with the stay. Hiwever, the major problem I had was the heating system. In the beginning, there’s no hot water. After repairing, the water was too hot and was unable to adjust. Wish the owner can check the facilities of the hotels.

Oppholdet vårt på MyHotel var blandet. Det mest positive var det hyggelige personalet, som var vennlige og forsøkte å hjelpe så godt de kunne. Dessverre var det flere ting som trakk opplevelsen betydelig ned. Sengene var svært ubehagelige, noe som gjorde nettene lite avslappende. I tillegg var det ikke mulig å få et ekstra nøkkelkort, noe som skapte utfordringer siden vi var to personer med ulike planer. Rommet var veldig lite og trangt, og det var møblert med både bord og to stoler som tok unødvendig plass. Dette gjorde rommet mindre funksjonelt enn det kunne vært. Renholdet kunne også vært bedre, og det var flere detaljer som virket oversett. Alt i alt et hotell med hyggelig personale, men med betydelige mangler når det gjelder komfort, funksjonalitet og renhold. Passer best for reisende som kun trenger et kort og enkelt opphold – og som ikke er opptatt av sengenes kvalitet.
