Very poor do not stay with this provider

The first room we were taken to did not have any table and chairs , no forks, no frying pan , no bath mats we were then taken to the apartment next door there was only 1 chair to the table no bath mats no toilet paper and for the whole 5 days the TV did not work and when they attended to it it was in Vietnamese .we had to ask to go to the pool and had to wait till someone took us to the 7th floor. This is unacceptable and you should not use this provider the pictures shown on hotels .com are not what you get . The doona cover had holes in it . The hot water went out for 24 hours we were constantly asking for assistance. We are returning to Ho chi min but will be booking through another source .
