room was nice and clean, the staffs were extremely attentive and friendly. Checked in on me every day. The location is close to almost everything and walking distance to a lot of attractions near by

Location is perfect, walkable to most of the tourists' places. Hotel is still pretty new with that fresh paint smell (if you are sensitive to smell, let the staffs know, they can light some candles to help with the new paint smell away). Speaking of the staffs, very friendly, very thorough explaining the hotel. Two 24/7 seven eleven within 1-2 walk away. Washer and dryer are at the basement (complimentary which was nice to have two weeks of clothing smelling fresh again). No hotel breakfast but when you're in Vietnam, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, I don't usually eat breakfast in the hotels either way. Overall, stay was pleasant, convenient, staffs are nice, walkable to everything. What else do you need? Oh, staffs will communicate through whatsapp or zalo if you have the apps to make the communication/requests streamline.

one of the nicest hotels i’ve ever stayed in. so clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable and I absolutely adored how stylish my room was. Also, the staff were lovely, so attentive and so welcoming. Made sure my stay was absolutely perfect as I was so well looked after ! An absolute bonus that you can use the washer and dryer for free !! I will be back to stay very soon :) Thank you
