Admin mistake

On arrival found that they had made a mistake with our booking and only had a one bedroom apartment when I'd paid and booked a two bedroom. They apologised and offered to bring up a mattress to put on the floor. The apartment didn't seem to have enough floor space for another mattress and didn't want to sleep on the floor anyway. They offered another 2 bedroom at another property in a different location. Sent pictures and we agreed to go to that property. It didn't look like the pictures. It was old, dirty and in poor condition. We paid for a premium beautiful place and got the dump we finished up in. When I asked for a refund for the difference for what I'd paid, no response.

Do not stay

Arrived at 10pm to no towels in the room or pillow cases on the pillows. They were not delivered until 2pm the next day. We were chaperoned everywhere by security who walked us to our door to enter our room and we had no access to use the pool. Made to feel very uncomfortable as we were told it’s a residential building and it’s illegal to book for short stays. The 2nd bed was a food out hard futon and my 26 year old son had to sleep on the couch which was more comfortable, the lights only worked intermittently.
