We had a wonderful welcome and they will do anything to help you. They arranged transport for us and we hired their mopeds with great suggestions on where to go. The price is fabulous value and includes breakfast- you really can’t go wrong

It was our first time staying in a Homestay. So it takes some time getting used to not having all the facilities. The family is very nice and helpful. A little bit more care can be given to cleanliness, better breakfast options. The location is excellent and the ease of having Lys arrange reasonable tours and travel arrangements is unparalleled.

The owner is amazingly kind and helpful! She was very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Room was clean and well appointed. Lovely swimming pool. They also have a travel agency and offer tours, transportation as well as bike and motor bike rental… everything you need for your stay in Tam Coc.

Very good value for money and great service.

Location is perfect if you want to be close to everything. The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained with everything you need. There is a pool that is very nice to cool down in when you return from the days activities. Breakfast was tasty and prepared per order. The owner Ms Hue was wonderful. She was helpful and friendly with everything you need. It was like staying with family and I can highly recommend them for providing a great experience at a very reasonable price.

Fantastic.

What a great stay at Lys Homestay. Fantastic location, quiet and chilled environment but very close to main road and bars. Laundry on site which was excellent. Room was great. Able to book taxi and trips out directly with the owner. Could not fault- would recommend

Highly Recommend!

Clean, comfortable, close to all the shops and travel booking businesses. The bus from hoi an will drop you off within a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast is included and cooked per order and is delicious. Bicycle and moterbike rental on property and Ly was a great resource for trip itineraries. Highly recommended!

We can’t say enough about the friendly, genuine and reliable service we received at Lys Homestay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, they went over and above our expectations. Unfortunately I fell ill whilst on holiday, however Lys arranged a doctor immediately which put us both at ease. Lys arranged our transport for our medical visit plus all our day trips and for the next trek of our holiday destination. Lys,s local knowledge of the area was super helpful and she was a pleasure to deal with. This service excellence was also felt by all other family members during our stay. Perfectly situated with a short walk to restaurants and shopping.We highly recommend Lys Homestay. We know we will definitely return here on our next stay. Great Homestay Excellent location

We had a wonderful stay at Lys Homestay. The staff were friendly and efficient the massage was great and only 200d. Breakfast was great and location was fantastic. We walked everywhere and had a lovely time. We will be back in summer so we can enjoy that beautiful pool.

We had a great time at Lys Homestay. The staff are welcoming and kind. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We were able to rent a moped from them, which was very convenient. The location is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We would love to stay again!

Definitely recommend Lys home stay and actually wish I had a second night there! The staff is so helpful and arranged everything I needed. I was travelling solo and they organized a motorbike guide to take me to all the sites which was a perfect way to get around. They also offer bicycle rentals, and Hang Mus is a really nice afternoon bike ride away from the home stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great! Highly recommend staying here and am very grateful for all of the amazing help they provided.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lys Homestay. So many positives - the owner genuinely wanted to help us, the rooms were large, clean and quiet with high quality furnishings, breakfasts were delicious and the location perfect, far enough from the noise, but just a few mins walk from everything. Only comment is that their rental bikes needed maintenance. Highly recommended!

Location is great for taking a bicycle to Bich Dong & Hang Mua. The owners arranged a motorbike taxi to take me to Trang An for the boat tour when I arrived & the driver waited to take me back. Everyone is so helpful & welcoming!
