Disliked: Cleanliness
I never saw any staff there, the place started off quite clean in general but by day 3 was really dirty, especially the bathrooms. They did get cleaned after that but not everyday. I stayed for 5 nights and only slept well 2 of those due to noise!! Use the ear plugs!!!
I enjoyed my stay at the capsule hotel mostly except for an incident with another guest.
I had to end up leaving with one night still paid for.
I like the concept of the capsule rooms as it is more private than your standard dorm with bunk beds and being more open spaced.
There was no microwave in the kitchen unfortunately but this was due to past guests not using correctly and causing incidents.
Also there should be No Smoking on premises even out in the back court yard as there was a guest who smoked out there and after that day the smoke got into the air system and could smell even in my pod and sleeping areas.
I wish the place was more clean and soundproof. The staff could have reach out earlier and send check in details on phone number. Overall, it was a hassle.
Bathroom floor was waterlogged and swelled up so the door couldn't close resulting in sounds from the bathroom echoing into the capsule.
The capsule were extremely clean inside.
It was a different experience, easy to access and beautiful capsule.

It’s in the middle of the city. And the kind of hotel was new (saw it on TV at Sunrise one time) for me but I liked it and it’s better than a youth hostel cause you have your privacy in the capsule.
Good location, quite a lot of bunks but didn’t feel overly crowded in shared spaces. Not sure how often it’s cleaned but was a little messy later in the day. Capsules not at all sound proof - can hear anything. Comfy beds and plenty long enough, however the doonas were weirdly small. I’m not that tall but it still only came up to my waist. No powerpoints/usb c outlets in the capsules, only usb A. For Hobart it’s decent value and the owners are very responsive over text/call.
Not Clean and some items not working
No proper feminine hygiene waste bins
Toilets broken
Men’s toilets filthy
Pods not sound proof or light proof
We have stayed in other pods around the world, this one rates the poorest
Its a great idea. The capsule itself was pretty good, if you like a firm bed. Capsule could be more sound proof. Or if you like sharing a dorm with a security screen. Snoring can still be heard. The only biggie - if it is hotel: no lounge. If it is a hostel: no kitchen. There was a shopfront that you could sit in which was a bit weird. like being in a fishbowl. A fridge but no stove? No sofa etc. Showers are very good.
