It is also central for trips to Port Arthur and Salamanca. This recently built home is complete with quality fittings, furnishings, and linen throughout to make you feel right at home.
The Space:
The home has two large bedrooms each with comfy Tasmanian made Queen size beds with finest quality linen. The master bedroom has a fully equipped ensuite. The main bathroom has a bathtub. The home offers open plan living with a 6 piece dining suite which neighbours a modern well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. There is a standalone office area with chair and desk. The lounge has a comfy 3 seater recliner lounge ideal for watching the large smart TV.
The home has a secure lock up garage for one vehicle which also houses the laundry with washer, dryer, sink, vacuum and iron. There is second carpark beside garage for larger vehicles or visitors. Also outside is a fenced and very private backyard with outdoor dining suite and BBQ.

Rokeby has the best pizza in Hobart "Slice Pizza", and a great little Chinese Restaurant . "Silver Pearl Restaurant"
