It’s perfectly situated with an easy 10-minute stroll to Hobart’s largest Shopping Centre, a 10-minute drive to Hobart Airport and a 10-minute drive to Hobart CBD/Salamanca. The fully ducted air conditioning will keep you super cosy in winter and beautifully cool in summer.
The Space:
On entering the property you are welcomed by a large living area with a comfy lounge with large smart TV, and a large 6 seater table and chairs. If you feel like cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and microwave. However, with the large array of wonderful restaurants so close by, why would you want to cook.
For your comfort the home includes reverse cycle air conditioning to keep the home cosy in Winter and cool in Summer.
The main bedroom is beautifully furnished with elegant bedlinen and an extremely comfortable Queen size bed with ensuite including shower and toilet. There’s even a wall mounted Smart TV if you just want to curl up in bed and watch your favorite show after a busy day.
The 2nd bedroom also has a Queen size bed.
The main bathroom boasts a bath and separate shower, vanity and toilet.
The laundry has a washing machine/dryer combo and is located in the secure single lock up garage with a second parking area on the property. There’s a fully fenced private backyard with an outdoor setting and BBQ for your morning sausage and eggs.
