This Hotel is exceptional, the dinner was outstanding, the room was warm and comfortable with views to die for. We would recommend this Hotel to anyone who comes here.

This was a good hotel to stay at but the food was way overpriced. The layout of the room was unique. The shoer was in a sperate room from the toilet and sink, which helped 2 people get ready at once. I liked that part.

The hotel is very nice. The breakfast was great. It has incredible views but best of all, on my two nights I was able to see some of the best Northern Lights from the parking lot. The hotel is a bit far from other places so that helped a lot to see the northern lights. I would definitely stay at the hotel again. The girls at the reception and the bar were too kind. I give them a 10/10

I’ve requested a clean room with better view. Though no guarantee, how come the reception arranged a room with a metal scaffold outside the window without prior notification & my consent ? I found this when I checked the room. The way out is to get curtain down throughout the stay. Next morning, workers on the scaffold made peace and quiet gone. Repair is necessary but downgraded my room charging at the same room rate, ridiculous!! A male staff who looks like the Manager, was rude. He pointed to me to instruct me stop photo taking capturing other guests. Again, ridiculous!! There were so many guests that day, that means no picture or he should help clear the venue for guests who need photo taking? This hotel was the poorest one in my Iceland trip for 12 night-stay. THE POOREST!
