We had a bumpy start . The gentleman at the desk was phenomenal! Very friendly. Hit to the room and the air conditioning was wonky and the tv would only stream tv from my phone no local channels at all The front desk guy tried to fix it but no luck. Ge got us a different room very quickly so it all ended well

This may be the single worst hotel property I have ever stayed at. The first room offered to us was disgusting. The surfaces seemed clean, but the chairs, carpet and wallcoverings were so stained, dingy, and worn it was impossible to tell. There was also a foul smell in the room. The second room offered to us was dismal as well but not quite as bad. Since we were staying with a group for an event nearby we couldn’t just up and leave. I would have. I had to go to a nearby Walmart to buy a throwaway mattress cover and comforter so I could attempt to get some sleep. The neighbourhood was also a little sketchy. I wouldn’t have felt comfortable coming back in the dark on my own.
