This three bedroom home comfortably sleeps 4 adults & 3 children or 6 adults. The open backyard features a 32' x 16' swimming pool, a ground-level patio with an 8-person table, and a firepit. All the essential amenities for a comfortable vacation like central A/C, a furnished kitchen w/dishwasher, 2 smart TVs, and a washer/dryer in the basement. The full kitchen has table seating for 6 and seating for 2 at the hightop counter. The finished portion of the basement also includes an air hockey table.

Very clean, spacious, and close to Holland State Park Also, close to Boatwerks for a Saturday evening family wedding. Had a fabulous weekend We enjoyed the pool, grilled, and spent time on the back patio.

Amazing location! The title says it all. Quiet street, close to the beach and a great pool in the backyard. Perfect escape for a family with little kids. Every attraction, restaurant, stores all within 10 min.

Family Vacation

This property is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room for a family of 7. Owner has supplied the home with all the paper products needed. Has an air hockey table in the basement for those rainy days. Even though the pool is not heated it does receive sun all day and warms fast. The week we stayed highs were in the 70's yet the kids still enjoyed the pool and flotation devices provided by owner. The beach is a very easy drive. The property owner was very friendly and easy to communicate via email and gave his phone number also.
