Countryside Retreat: A remodeled 1800’s artist cottage on the lake

A 2-bedroom lakeside cabin just 10min from Lahti and 1.5h from Helsinki airport.
It offers peace and privacy on a large property with a big yard, trampoline, and unique sculpture garden. Explore the surrounding countryside and nearby hiking and skiing trails and then return home to a warm sauna and swimming right from the dock. Inside you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, comfy living area, and warm atmosphere. alike. Come experience Finnish lakeside living -close to Lahti, but a world away. We are located across from Messilä camping and skiing. From Messilä you can access ski, biking, and hiking trails. The cabin you are renting is connected by a hallway with a door to another house (pic per request) that was built in the 1960s. That house is currently vacant.

There’s also a row boat and kayak you are welcome to take out.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.
