We had the perfect trip. Our room was beautiful. We stayed in the Anna Maria Luxury Suite and it was so well done. The lay out and decor were top notch. The pool and beach were both so enjoyable. The location was perfect. 10/10! We will be back.

First off, ‘beach front, pool view’ means the resort is beachfront and your room is pool view — quite the misleading language when booking. Lady behind desk said she had to get used to that language when she started as she too thought it meant you had both a beachfront and pool view room. There is no poolside service nor food /drinks available, so ‘resort’ does not belong in their title Poolside towels weren’t available when we checked in, guy said they would be in an hour or so once washed. Room ac can’t be set below 69 degrees, and the water flow in the shower is all but nonexistent. Amenities don’t match the cost! TV couldn’t get Netflix going as tv wouldn’t connect to internet. Check in 4pm, check out 10am!! This place is ALL TAKE and no give. No elevator to second floor. NEVER stay there again! On other hand, room itself very nice, brand new furnishings. Location good.

The property was clean and not crowded because there are only 40 units. Staff was very friendly. We used the free bikes, and beach chairs with umbrellas. A free trolly runs by this property every 20 minutes to take you around the island and to restaurants.
