Just over 2,100 square feet with views of the Gulf of Mexico, LaPlage 5 is a dream condo. Its gorgeous interior, access to a large community pool and spa, and easy access to the white sand and warm ocean waters of Holmes Beach are sure to be the bow on top of an already dreamy Florida vacation!



When you arrive at LaPlage 5, you’ll see beautiful architecture, professional landscaping, and hear and smell the Gulf of Mexico that lies just beyond LaPlage Condominium Complex. As you walk through the front door, you’ll see an expansive common living space that features the kitchen, dining room, living room, balcony, and views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is large and has sweeping granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a double oven, and a bar with room for three. The dining room is just beyond the kitchen and features a glass-top, rectangular table with seating for eight. The living room is simple but very cozy! The huge sectional couch and two matching armchairs make it a perfect place to relax and watch some movies on the flat-screen TV. Guests can access the balcony through the living room’s sliding glass doors. The covered balcony is a wonderful size and offers an outdoor dining set, two lounge chairs, a staircase that leads to the ground floor, and glimpses of the vast, teal-colored ocean.

Guests have access to covered garage parking, a large, heated community pool and spa, and premier access to gorgeous Holmes Beach! To be sure, LaPlage 5 is a great rental for all those who wish to spend most of their vacation with their feet in the sand listening to the sound of waves crashing against the shore. This condo is located near the northern end of
Island and is close to Anna Maria City Pier and Rod and Reel Pier, tons of the shops and restaurants that locals love, and a drawbridge that allows for easy access to the mainland. With these amenities, proximity to the ocean, and five-star reviews, it simply can’t be denied that LaPlage 5 is the place to be!

Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
