The Gatehouse Lodge

The Gatehouse Lodge is a bright and spacious property with everything you need for your break. Set in an ancient and protected woodland within walking distance of the Georgian town of Holt and Holt Railway Station this property is an ideal base for your stay and within easy reach of all that North Norfolk has to offer!
The space
On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 - One king and one single bed with a large en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 - One double bed and a spacious en-suite shower room.

The ground floor is a large open plan space with kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The two corner sofa units can easily be converted into two double beds.
There is a WC and a small utility area with laundry facilities.

The french doors lead out into the patio where you will find the bbq and dining area. There is also a small fenced area at the rear of the property for dogs.
Guest access
The entire house will be available to you while you stay.

The owner cancelled booking two days before arrival because they wanted two nights min even though this was not stated and the booking went through for 1 night. They also insisted we contact VRBO to get a refund. VRBO were excellent.

We had a lovely stay at the gatehouse lodge. Very well equipped, warm and cosy even when it snowed outside! Great communication from the hosts. Would definitely recommend Thank you, see you again soon!
