I was here for a 10 day stay. All the staff I encountered were very nice and friendly. Like I've always known them. The room was huge, the bed was comfy, and the shower had great water pressure. Cleanliness was lacking. All the surfaces were wiped clean, but the edges were missed. It was not a deal breaker for me because there is a difference between missing the finer details or being gross. It was not gross. I was visiting Florida for adventures - not a fancy room. There were stores and restaurants close by if needed. I can't say this place was quiet. It is dog friendly so there was a lot of dog barking. I love dogs so I was good with that. But you all, there were sirens every single night, several times a night. And you could hear the highway noise. What is funny is I couldn't hear anything through the walls from other rooms. Just through the front outside facing wall. Would I stay here again? Maybe! There are so many other places that look vintage that caught my eye too.

Clean, spacious room, pool view. Friendly and attentive staff. They were very welcoming and it was nice to see good teamwork between them. Room was clean. Quiet. Nice two day stay.

It could be an awesome hotel, it’s in a perfect location with the homoassa zoo. But the room was less than okay I guess like the old saying is you get what you pay for!

We had to change rooms three times because the heater/air conditioners weren’t working. The place is old. Some rooms are partially updated. Our third room was partially updated but the bathroom was gross. Shower curtain was moldy. I wiped off the bathroom sink counter and the corners where things were sitting was filthy. Would not recommend this hotel.

Location great, front desk lady great. Where I got disgusted was the filth in the room. The bathtub was filthy, the floor needed a good mopping, the room had a disturbing smell, the toilet seat was not the size of the toilet, The one chair in the room needed to be thrown away as you can see in the photo I would like to attach it had the arms on both sides and the back all peeled off. Bathroom sink had big cracks in it. The light on the desk had big spots and filth on it. The top of the microwave look like it had never been wiped down with any kind of cleaning products. When walking with my socks on the floor, I should not be getting things stuck to my socks. Hair in more places than I could count. I stay in a lot of hotels weekly and honest to goodness I’m shocked. I’ve never been in a room so dirty. The lady at the front desk was so kind. I hated to complain to her not her fault. I’m sure but honest to goodness someone must not be monitoring your checking the cleaning people because this was really disgusting.

The reception staff, valerie, kevin, tangie, and frank were great, room was clean, little musty on first day but aired out, pool was great ( no heated,) theres a 7/11 next door and publix supermarket , gator cove restuarant / bar served great salads, friendly staff and friendlier clientel, park next door a little dissapointing but overall a great place to stay

Was a remodeled room. Mostly clean but had someones uaed towel on the back of bathroom door. Fridge didnt work at all and when i told the frint desk she didnt aeem to care. Was a quiet olace to sleep and good location.

Valerie and staff were excellent to me. Check in and check out a breeze. My room was cleaned daily. They have a restaurant on site, Gator Cove, which is s plus for me. Food and spirits are good. They also have a pool which I have enjoyed during the summer months. I most definitely will return.

The room was clean and well stocked. Only 6 channels were available on the TV, however. Every time I tried to watch a different channel, Sling gave me the "this device isn't connected to the internet" message.
