Limited boat and trailer parking is available at a rate of $10 per day.

This unit connects to unit 2W by way of metal clad, double doors with deadbolts on each side. Just like joining rooms at a hotel. It also connects with unit 2E by way of an extended front entry with additional locking door. Guests may combine either option for more space. Or, all three units may be rented together to give guests control of the entire 2nd floor with shared access to the 3rd floor and both roof tops.

We loved how unique and special the property felt. The building is a passion project for the couple who owns it. We met one of the owners and she was very personable and made us feel at home. Parking was a breeze and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Lovely space

This was a really cool renovated building. The apartment was nicely appointed with a nice view of Honey Grove’s town square. Tons of space for the 2 of us and my 2 dogs. Very convenient to the Dachshund Field trial we were here for.
