Nice modern hotel, promises and delivers a relaxed vibe. Staff super helpful and efficient. Good quality restaurant and excellent coffee from the in house coffee shop. A bit out of town but metro station and good mall on the doorstep.

I picked East hotel mainly because of its convenient location, it's right next to the MTR station, and it's connected to CityPlaza. The room was kept clean, attentive services by courteous staff. However, I found their mattress too soft for my comfort. Also, their semi-open bathroom/toilet setting means you wouldn't be able to share a room with a friend. But overall, I am happy with my stay at EAST hotel.

The room had a magnificent view as advertised. Hotel personnel were polite, helpful and attentive. The entrance to the metro system is steps from the hotel - very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.
