The room was not properly cleaned when we checked in. It was cleaned but not that clean. In term of staff, we thought they could be a bit more enthusiastic and welcoming. They were friendly enough but compared to other hotels they were average. Amenities were ok but not super. The location is great. Close to MTR and restsurants.

Location is 3 stations from the centre. Helpful staff. The condition of the room clean generally. Certain rooms’ windows won’t open: all is via central ventilation. Thus at places it could have accumulated much dust: behind the TV, on the window sill etc. Even a bit of mould aroubd the sink in the bathroom. But the staff was quick to help us once asked. It’s just off the Ap Lei Chau Main Street, where are located many eateries of different tastes. The hotel gives welcome voucher for drinks in the cafe just next to it, which does excellent coffee and Italian pasta, with freshly prepared sauces in house.

Rooms were adequet, albeit smaller than expected. Hygienic and clean. Location was off from the city centre but heritage was rich, and the nighttime was away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Reasonable price for service apartment hotel, the location is good and lots convenient stores and restaurants. The room and bed were a bit small. They have small boxes of breakfast sandwiches every morning when you to request them. You can refill your water if you need it.

Nice cute apartment with 3 small bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Would’ve been perfect if there is a stovetop in the little kitchen. Water in both bathrooms are broken, super hot. Reported for maintenance but still hot. Ended up taking a shower into another room on the 6th floor.

The location is excellent and it only takes around 5 min walk to the closest train station. The hotel is quite new so most facilities are in good condition. The room size is acceptable for a family of three, but the double bed is a small-sized one. Service as a whole is satisfactory and most of staff is friendly. The room rate includes a breakfast which is unexpected. I just had it for one day during my stay as I am not fond of having salmon in the morning.

The room is small but we can fit well. The breakfast is simple but it has protein,carbohydrates and vegetables as well as orange juice. The staff are helpful.There is only one elevator but it’s not so busy all the time. We are satisfied with our stay in this hotel. We will recommend to our friends this hotel when they go to Hongkong. Thank you for our nice stay.
