I'm torn on how to rate this property. It is not a true 1 bedroom. The room has no door or closet which makes it a studio. The unit also has no AC. Oversight on my part. Someone before our stay ran Tide through the dishwasher. All the cups tasted like soap. I contacted the management company and they sent someone out. Not sure what they did to resolve it since we were out for the day. We didnt use the kitchen much so it was fine. Bathroom has a barn door with a large gap so anyone walking by can see you in the shower. Security screen door does not fit properly and allowed geckos/lizards to frequently get in. It made for a lot of laughs as we were trying to chase them out.The balcony was the star of the show for us. We enjoyed sitting out there every night and watching the sunset. Building is pretty quiet which was nice. Building dryer ate my money. Had to air dry our clothes.

The unit was very clean and well laid out. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of extra towels and linens available, as well as a laundry room a few doors down from the unit. At the time, the cost per load was 2.50, just FYI. The appliances are all pretty new. We had one issue with the coffee pot and it was completely replaced the following day. There is a fantastic cross breeze when leaving the front door open (there's a kick-stop on it and the sturdy screen door as well) and/or the venting panel to the side of the door. This helps a lot because there is NO AC, just a heads up. It is listed in the description of the unit, but I figured I'd point it out again just in case someone missed it and is somehow reading this review. When we stayed in the middle/end of September, it was 90 during the day and 75 each night. Something else of note, at night, for those sleeping on the right side of the bed when looking at it, if you don't close the shades on the lanai doors, there are two lights from across the way that will beam directly into your eyeballs all night. Just a heads up, lol.Great views and a GREAT location. There's plenty of other communities up and down the road, with plenty of joggers in the mornings and people just living their lives, walking their dogs, etc. Just down the street is a park with a beach, which is across the street from a coffee and bakery place, there's an ABC store, and a strip mall with other eateries and shops.Awesome place to stay!

Great Views

I would highly recommend this property for a great view, close location to Kaanapali and Napili, and cleanliness. The accommodations were fresh, light and airy. No carpet in condo added to the cleanliness, and the accommodations were modern and up-to-date. We will book again here in the future.

Fully renovated condo, very nice update. Spacious lanai, feels quite private as it is down from the pool especially when you are sitting on the couch. Such a nice view as well. The property didn’t feel very busy at all even though the parking lot was always quite full. We never had a problem with finding a parking spot. This is such a little gem.
