Clean, quiet, and convenient

Clean, quiet, and convenient. The only things to note are: My floor smelled like cow manure for some reason, but my room was fine. The homeless seem to congregate around this area, and this part of town seems a little weathered and run down. It took 5 minutes to get hot water to my shower, and it wasn’t that warm even turned all the way up.

The hotel is excellent for business clients. It isn't suitable for business/leisure activities as it has no real outdoor area or pool facilities. The staff is outstanding especially Nolu (Front Desk Manager) who calmly handled several client issues while I waited to check in and then went above and beyond to assist me. He is a gem and an amazing ambassador for the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Clean and modern looking. Nice restaurants inside the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend anyone who’s looking to visit Hawaii to book a stay here.
