Damaged items in room, dirty, no support from staff due to individual property ownership. No microwave, no housekeeping, no fresh clean towels. No access to hotel perks or amenities. Slow communication with host. Etc, etc…

The room had a missing light bulb where we couldn’t even turn on the light. The sheets had stains on them. They left empty shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles. And left the new ones in the middle of the tub. The microwave oven was dirty and had food stains in it. Definitely don’t recommend staying there. Especially for the price you pay, beware.

Furniture looked old, somewhat damaged. Thought we would have access to hotel parking which we knew we'd have to pay for. They said the parking was for hotel guest only. This would have been nice to know since we had planned to park are rental there. Parking was a nightmare to find and very expensive elsewhere. Bathroom had mold above door and in shower on the wall, some areas could have been dusted, and something was smashed on the floor under the bathroom sink. However the place was easy to find, had great access to nearby food and shopping. And we were close to the beach.

They show one thing on the display to attract consumers but in reality it’s different. They said will provide valet parking facilities and house keeping services will be provided as requested but they don’t. You will ask to park in nearby hotels by paying extra money. Call they don’t respond. Text they respond next day. Really bad experience.

The property was nice and great location. My issue is that in hotels.com. It does not clearly state that this is a private unit and you’re not allowed access to all the hotel amenities. At least I do not recall, seeing such a statement.
