Great location!! We stayed for a week and had an assigned parking spot in the parking garage. The apartment was a little run down some paint on the walls was peeling as well as some stains on the ceiling but overall a pretty good stay. We did not use the stove to cook but they provide some utensils, plates and cups. There is a restaurant downstairs which gets busy in the afternoons and weekends but there are other spots close by to eat. The spot is a few minutes walk from the shopping centers and the beach. Definitely booking again next year!

Comfortable but needs cleaning

The room was comfortable and the communication was excellent, but overall it was just average. My chief complaint is that the room was dirty. Just walking across the floor left my socks very noticeably dirty. The bathroom floor was also very dirty. The whole apartment needs a thorough cleaning.

ロイヤルハワイアンセンターから近く、車の出入りはクヒオ通りでどこに出掛けるのも便利。夜は10時頃まで生演奏で騒がしい。部屋は広く無いが眺望は良く、花火がラナイから見る事が出来る。ビーチセット(パラソル•マット•チェアー)が備わっており大活躍だった。

眺望やワイキキ周辺へのアクセスはすごく良い。ただ、掃除が行き届いていないし(床が砂だらけ)、車も慣れていれば止めるのには問題ない。ただし、施設からの案内には、空港からの説明には誤りがあり、僕達みたいに慣れていないとたどり着けないと思う。今回がコンドミニアムでの初めての滞在だったので、ホテルとの違いに戸惑うことも多かった。
