Please understand if the "damage" resulted from assisted animals after checkout, we will have to charge the additional fee before our next guest(s) comes in.

Property owners/managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The guests are responsible for the safe-keeping of personal belongings or valuables. Damages, breakages and theft, and loss are the guests' responsibility during their stay.

Lost and Found Reminder*

We, as hosts are not liable for lost, misplaced or forgotten belongings. Please notify us ASAP about left items. We'll try to locate and return them, but availability or condition of lost belongings isn't guaranteed.

Guests are responsible for any shipping or transportation costs associated with the return of lost items. Items left unclaimed for a period of 30 days will be subject to disposal or donation, and we will not be held responsible for such actions.
